Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy At TraveToe Holidays, we strive to provide exceptional service and value. However, due to the nature of our business and the agreements we have with service providers, we must enforce strict cancellation and refund policies. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

2.1 Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain tour packages, including flights, are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for these bookings under any circumstances.

2.2 Cancellation Timeframes:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • 14 days or less before departure: No refunds will be issued.
    2.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for the tour or flight will result in no refund.

3. Cancellation by TraveToe Holidays

3.1 Unforeseen Circumstances: If TraveToe Holidays cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.2 Minimum Participation Requirement: Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and will provide a full refund.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@travetoe.com.


4.2 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation date. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


4.3 Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.


4.4 Non-Refundable Fees: Any service fees, including booking and processing fees, charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.

5. Amendments

5.1 Booking Changes: Any changes to your booking, such as name changes, date changes, or tour modifications, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


5.2 Last-Minute Changes: No changes can be made within 14 days of the departure date.

6. Special Conditions

6.1 Group Bookings: For group bookings, the cancellation policy applies to the entire group. Individual cancellations within a group are not allowed.


6.2 Promotional Offers: Bookings made under promotional offers or discounts are non-refundable.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1 Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, delays, or other travel-related issues.

8. Final Decision

8.1 Authority: TraveToe Holidays reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds and cancellations. No appeals will be entertained.
